A little bit of wellness goes a long way. Join us as we learn about different ways to practice self care, whether it be mental, physical, or emotional.

September 20 at 2:00 pm | Guided Meditation | Join us for a guided meditation session at the library and take a moment to relax and rejuvenate. |
October 18 at 2:00 pm | Qigong | Come join us for a Qigong class at the library with local instructor Dori King! Experience the healing benefits of this ancient Chinese practice that combines movement, meditation, and breathwork. Suitable for all levels, this class will help you reduce stress, increase relaxation, and improve overall well-being. |
November 15 at 2:00 pm | Journaling Through the Holidays | Destress this holiday season by joining our journaling class at the library! Don't miss out on this opportunity to prioritize your mental health and connect with others in a supportive environment. |
