The Statesville Library offers the use of Meeting Room A and our conference room to community groups and civic organizations. Applicants are encouraged to review our meeting room policy before contacting us for a booking.
Rental of a meeting room does not include advertising for your event on our website, in our calendar or on social media. Facebook or other social media co-hosting requests will be declined.
Meeting Room A seats approximately 45 people, while the conference room seats 8 people.
There is no charge for using our meeting rooms.
Meeting Room A has a flexible arrangement of tables and chairs, as well as a smart board that can be hooked up for presentations. Free wireless Internet access is included.
Rooms are available to non-profit community, educational, civic, cultural, intellectual, charitable, religious and governmental groups. The rooms may not be used by for-profit organizations; admission may not be charged and no marketing of merchandise or services may be conducted in the meeting rooms.
